- Married his first cousin Claire Massouda on 1 Mar 1920 in Cairo: his father Farag and her father Yafet were brothers
- Father of eight: Nellie (1921), Suzanne (1922), Daniel (1924), Benjamin (1926), Aimee (1929) and three younger children
- Probably the "Giacomo Massouda" (d. Jul 1976) buried beside "Clara Massouda" in Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery, Windsor, Ontario (birth year there given as 1889: to verify)
